I’ve played this piece so many times lately trying to get it perfect. I’ve done many nearly perfect runs through, but there is something nerve racking about knowing that I am being recorded and that every little mistake is being captured. I am not an audio expert and so if a mistake is made, I have to start over again from the beginning and record it again. I decided to pick one of my best efforts and post it on the site here. One part of this piece is supposed to repeat, but for the sake of brevity is not repeated here and as such the piece is about 2 minutes shorter in this clip than the full version would be.

There are some mistakes, a few bass notes that aren’t held long enough, a couple finger misplacements, etc. But considering everything, I am fairly proud of the attempt.
